我校2016年9月的招生工作现已开始,希望各友好院校(合作单位)能够选拔、推荐优秀的学生到我校学习深造,我们将在同等条件下优先考虑各友好院校(合作单位)推荐来的学生。名额有限,请尽快报名。
Foreign students can register as CGS students of our university. We hope that our friendly universities (cooperative institutes) will select and recommend outstanding students to our university for further study. Under the same conditions, we will give priority to students recommended by our friendly universities (cooperative institutes). Due to the limited quota, please register as soon as possible.
奖学金基本情况Introduction of CGS in DUFL
(一)招生类别及名额
2016—2017学年我校共招收全日制在校硕士/博士研究生8名。
不招收本科生,联合培养研究生以及学习本国语言或英语、法语等第三国语言
文学类专业的学生。
(1) Categories and Quota
We will enroll 8 full-time undergraduate/doctor's degree students in 2016-2017 school year. We will not enroll graduate students (Bachelor Degree), joint training students and students who want to study their native language or literature (English, French etc.) of the developing countries.

(三)申请人资格
1.申请人须遵守中国法律法规及学校纪律、品德良好、尊重中国人的风俗习惯; 2.申请人须为非中国籍公民,身体健康; 3.申请人须为非已在华学习的学生; 4.申请人须有学士学位,年龄不超过35周岁; 5.已申请或获得其他奖学金的学生不得再申请中国政府奖学金。
(3) Eligibility
1. Applicants shall abide by Chinese law and regulations of our university, and respect the customs of the Chinese people.
2. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health. 3. Applicants shall be students who have not learnt in China. 4. Applicants shall own bachelor's degree and no more than 35 years old. 5. Students who have already gotten scholarships should not apply CGS.
(四)奖学金内容(人民币)
1.免交学费、注册费和本人校内住宿费。2.提供奖学金生活费,具体标准如下:
硕士研究生: 3,000元/月/人;博士研究生:3,500元/月/人
一年汉语补习期间,奖学金学生生活费与硕士研究生的生活费相同。3.提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险。
(4) Values of Scholarship
1. Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee for dormitory on campus.
2. CNY 3,000 Yuan is granted for Master's degree students as monthly allowance, CNY 3,500 Yuan is granted for doctor degree students, and students who are required to take preparatory courses for one year before pursuingmajor studies can also have the same amount of monthly allowance.
3. Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Protection Scheme for International Students in China is provided.
申请材料(均需一式两份)
1.用中文或英文填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》http://laihua.csc.edu.cn学生需先注册,然后按照要求填写表格(学校机构代码为:10172),打印后签名报送我校,不得手写;
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生(2016年7月大学毕业)需另外提交本人就读学校出具的
在学证明。毕业证书或学位证书的复印件和英文翻译件;
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文;
4.来华学习和研究计划(硕士生不少于800字,博士生不少于1000字),用中文或英文书写;
5.两名教授或副教授的推荐信,用中文或英文书写;
6.汉语水平考试(HSK, HSKK)证书;
7.《外国人体格检查记录》和血液检查报告单(复印件,原件自行保留):此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制,仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者,须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月,请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
上述申请材料由学生本人直接向我校递交,留学基金委不受理个人申请。申请材料截止时间:2016年3月31日。逾期不予受理。
Application Documents (duplication)
(1) Applicants shall apply online http://laihua.csc.edu.cn after login a personal account (the university's agency number is 10172). Sign and send the documents to our university.
(2) Copy of highest diploma (notarized photocopy in Chinese or English). Applicants who will graduate in July 2016 shall send us the certification of studying.
(3) Academic transcripts (notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
(4) A study plan or research plan written in Chinese or English, at least 800 words for applying master degree and at least 1000 words for applying doctor's degree.
(5) Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors. (6) Certification of HSK, HSKK. (7) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form
printed by Chinese quarantine authority could be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination as it is valid for only 6 months.
The above documents should be forwarded to our university beforeMarch 31th, 2016. Individual applications are not accepted by CSC. Application documents will not be returned.
